Welcome to NABIP Austin
NABIP Austin (formerly known as Austin Association of Health Underwriters) is a local chapter of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals,( https://nabip.org/) and NABIP-TX (https://tahu.org/) a volunteer member organization that represents nearly 20,000 licensed health insurance agents, brokers, consultants, and benefit professionals from 200+ chapters across America.
NABIP Austin members help Central Texas consumers by guiding the health insurance needs of large and small employers as well as those seeking individual health insurance, ancillary products and Medicare supplement or advantage plans. Our organization is dedicated to providing professional development opportunities to our members so they can better serve their clients insurance needs. Message from our NABIP Austin President
It's a true honor to serve as President of our chapter. I want to thank all the incredible leaders who have come before me. Their dedication and vision have set a high standard, and I will strive to serve with the same commitment, gratitude, and unity as we move forward together, as one voice.
A special thank you to our immediate past president, James Dettman, for his leadership and unwavering dedication, which have paved the way for our continued success.
My vision for our chapter is simple: Your Voice. Our Strength. The Future We Shape Together.
I believe the future is something we build together, and that starts with making sure our members feel connected and heard. I want every one of you to feel engaged, for guests to feel welcome, and for everyone, whether you’ve been here for years or you’re walking into your first meeting, to know you belong.
We’re stronger when we show up for each other. Through connection, collaboration, and shared purpose, I know we can strengthen our chapter and amplify our voice.
